These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoiceCodium software ("Product") and related services ("Services") provided by Derek Bryant ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.
VoiceCodium is a voice-driven IDE integration that acts as an executive layer between you and your code editor. It translates spoken intent through an AI coordinator and injects the result directly into your IDE — no clipboard, no paste, zero drift.
The Product is available under two license tiers:
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product. This license includes:

VoiceCodium allows you to connect third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Mistral, DeepSeek, or custom endpoints). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of service. VoiceCodium does not assume responsibility for the output, accuracy, or behavior of any third-party AI provider.
We provide technical support for the Product via email. Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Response times are not guaranteed but we strive to respond within 24–48 hours during business days.
We may release updates to the Product from time to time. Monthly subscribers receive updates while their subscription is active. Lifetime purchasers receive updates for the lifetime of the Product.
The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceCodium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Product.

Your use of the Product is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
