We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with VoiceCodium for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment processor. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Once a refund is processed:
For monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Product until that date.
Lifetime licenses are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable.
Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refunds outside the 30-day window.
